What this policy covers
Admind is an AI-powered creative advertising consultant. When you visit our site, join the waitlist, or use the platform (brands, ICPs, chat, creatives), we collect and use certain information. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what choices you have. "We" / "us" means Admind; "you" means the person or organisation using our services. By using Admind, you accept this policy.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up for the waitlist we ask for your email. If you create an account, we may collect your name, email, and the brand and product details you add during onboarding. When you use the chat or request creatives, we store your messages, prompts, and the content you upload (e.g. product images, briefs) so we can run the AI and show you results.
Information we get automatically. Our systems record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, which pages you open, how long you stay, and device information. On mobile we may collect device type and operating system. We use this to run the site, fix issues, and understand how people use Admind.
Cookies and similar tech
We use cookies and similar technologies so the site can work (e.g. keeping you logged in), to remember your preferences, and to analyse usage. Some cookies last only for your session; others stay until you clear them or they expire. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some features may then not work. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites for advertising. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How we use your information
We use the data above to: run and improve Admind; manage your account and the waitlist; send you emails about beta access, product updates, or offers you signed up for; power the AI (e.g. sending your prompts and images to our AI providers so they can generate creatives and strategies); handle support and your requests; analyse usage to improve the product; and meet legal or regulatory requirements. We may also use it in the context of a merger, sale, or restructuring of Admind, with notice where required.
We share data only where needed: with providers that help us run the product (hosting, email, analytics, and AI services such as OpenAI). Those providers act on our instructions and under their own policies where relevant. We may also share data with our group companies (under the same privacy standards), or with authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our or others’ rights and safety. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above: for example, while your account is active, to provide the service, or to comply with law (e.g. tax or legal holds). Usage and technical data may be kept for a shorter period for analysis and security, unless we need it longer for legal or safety reasons.
Where your data is processed
Admind and our providers may process and store your data in the European Union and in other countries. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) when data is sent outside your region. By using Admind you agree to this.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also object to or restrict certain uses, or request that we send your data to another provider (data portability). Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To do any of this, contact us at the email below; we may need to verify your identity. If you are in the EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Security
We put in place technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure; we do not guarantee absolute security and you use the service at your own risk in that regard.
Minors
Admind is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from under-16s. If you learn that a minor has given us their data, please contact us and we will delete it where appropriate.
Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Check their policies before giving them your data.
Updates and contact
We may change this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Where the law requires it, we will notify you (e.g. by email or a notice on the site) before changes take effect. Questions or requests about your data: support@tryadmind.com.
